Our Experience

Each individual on the team of Professional Real Estate Inspectors hold a Bachelor Degree in Architecture since 1980. Their over 30 years of experience range in the industry from Designer, Builders, General Contractors for new and rehabilitations projects from Single family dwellings to Multifamily and Light Commercial buildings. They have been contractors, consultants and supervisors for Harris County housing department projects, overseeing the reconstruction of all types of dwellings for more than 10 years and in the private sectors and for private property owners.

Licenses and Certifications

All inspectors at InfoRealty Inspections hold a Real Estate Inspection license in the State of Texas under the rules and regulations of Texas Real Estate Commissions

Our inspectors are certified by Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as fee Inspectors and 203(k) Consultants. We also inspect properties backed by a Federal Housing Authority (FHA) loan.

Under the Texas Department of Agriculture, we are Certified Pest and Termite operators and perform Termite Inspections regularly.

Our inspectors are certified by Monroe Infrared Technology in the proper use of infrared cameras to give you a behind the wall look on your next purchase.

What To Expect

Under these licenses they have inspected thousands of properties in Houston and surrounding areas. Their valuable experience gives the buyers or sellers, at the time of inspection, a thorough view on all of the important aspects of the subject properties of interest. The team work (typically two inspectors at your property) shortens down the inspection time but increases the capacity of their analysis on any structure. They can interact with structures and may in the process obtain a history of its construction aspects as well as visible deficiencies at time of the inspection. Inspectors are Members of the International Code Council (ICC).
