InfoRealty Inspections are staffed with State of Texas certified
pest control inspectors that will work with you to determine if your
future home or place of business is in danger of being damaged due to
pests such as wood destroying insects (e.g. - termites).
We provide an individual report specifically identifying, through
graphic illustration, areas of the property that are infested or
contain conducive conditions for potential infestation.
If you purchase our general property inspection package today, we'll
include a termite inspection (with seperate report)
FREE OF CHARGE!
With the purchase of a general inspection package, we include a
FREE thermographic inspection with our infrared camera
technology from inspectors who are trained and certified thermographers.
Infrared energy is a part of the electromagnetic spectrum and thermographic
cameras have sensors that detect and display infrared radiation as an
object's temperature rises. This science allows us to uncover "behind the wall"
issues that other inspection services may not be able to detect because the are
not equipped. InfoRealty Inspections, on the other hand, uses a FLIR® infrared
camera so that we may assist you in uncovering common problems such as
poorly insulated walls, water and/or roof leaks.
InfoRealty Inspections can also provide consultation services for
home purchases backed by the Federal Housing Administration's (FHA)
203K loan program. A 203K loan is a federally backed and insured
loan provided by a private lender that allows the borrower to purchase,
refinance, or rehabilitate a home assuming the property meets
"Minimum Property Standards" as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing
and Urban Development (HUD).
Our consultation service helps determine whether or not the home in question
meets these standards. We also create a budget, based on current home
construction costs, that will help determine how much capital it will take
in order to bring homes up to the aforementioned HUD standard.
We are staffed with experienced construction consultants who have been working
in various residential and commercial construction projects in the public and
private sector for more than 30 years. We can assist you in the areas of ...
- Administration
- Cost Estimation
- Consultation
- Architectural Planning
